To bring a more controlled and consolidated approach to the printing of additional items at the time of pick confirmation.

You have two options when confirming picking of stocks

• Printing at that time

• Depot Printing (where it is printed alongside the manifest)

No matter which option you have configured above when the delivery note prints off you can also have the following additional document print at the same time

• Product Notes (for the items inside the case, these could be tasting notes or simply food suggestions)

• Special Messages (such as Happy Birthday messages - used for gifts)

• Delivery Carrier Labels (where the customer has provided you with the

• net despatch URL for the delivery item)

All of the above have to be configured and turned on

individuals within the program and you may need to check the layouts work for you as they may need some customisation.

Even without the above additional functionality, your VDG will be running in the background printing the delivery notes for all stocks leaving your warehouse.
