As the BI Enquiries work similarly across all Vision applications that utilise it, we have placed all information for all applications in a central area in the General Wiki.
  • Click on Enquiries (top left of the window) and navigate through the menus to the report that fits your needs.

  • Each menu option is numbered - the final report can be identified by the number on each menu item passed through to reach the required report.
    • for example in the screen shot below the user has navigated through 5 General Sales and TOP and can choose from Customers or Products
    • These report names are preceded by 5 1 1 and 5 1 2 - these numbers can be used to uniquely identify the reports when discussing with your colleagues or the Vision Team.

  • Once the results of a report are shown on the screen you can filter on one or more columns by choosing a filter parameter (click the small filter icon Image Added) and choose from the list and then enter the value you wish to filter into the Contains: field.

  • N.B. Do not forget to clear your filters to see all the results again.


Buttons at the bottom of the screen:
  • Once you have the records on screen that you wish to see, you can extract the information in an XML Image Added,  CSV Image Addedor PDF Image Addedformat by clicking on one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

  • Click the Image Addedbutton to refresh the report and make sure you are looking at the latest date.
