Once you have placed your En Primeur (EP) Sales Order
This screen is used to allocate En Primeur Sales Orders once the Stock has arrived.
  • When choosing to Allocated En Primeur Sales Orders, you will
need to Allocate the Stock to it, it can then be sent to your Warehouse if required.

You will need to select from the drop down which Campaign you wish to Allocate the Orders for.

The screen will show all Orders that require Allocation, but you can use the following search fields to set criteria to search for.

Inv OnlyIf you do not want send this to the Warehouse then click this option. This will raise the Invoice to the Customer for the Duty and VAT element.No file will be created for your Warehouse.Direct CollIf the Customer Picks the goods up from the Supplier directly you can tick this box. NB:- Please note as sale took place in the UK the customer should be paying the VAT and EXCISE element which when this is ticked would not be invoiced.If you tick this no VAT and Excise will be Invoiced.Generate Delivery NoteIf you wish to Generate Delivery Notes.Tick box.Generate InvoicesIf you wish to Generate Invoices.Tick box.

If you only wish to Allocate some Orders, then highlight the Orders you wish to Allocate and click Allocate Selected. Otherwise click Allocate All.

Once you have entered the Quantity you wish to Allocate, click Allocate All or Allocate Selected.

Once you have Allocated your Orders, click on commit which will send the Orders to the Warehouse Submissions ready to be sent to your Warehouse. Unless you have clicked on Invoice Only.

At this point the Stock is no longer Available to be Allocated to any other Orders.
  • first need to select which campaign the stock will be coming from on the menu options.
    • The list of Orders available to be allocated will only includes those that were created against the chosen Campaign.

Buttons at the bottom of the screen:
    • Click the Send to Carrier button to send the selected Orders to your Carrier.
       
    • Click the Commit button to commit any Orders that you have allocated stock to.
      • If you make a mistake and need to un-allocate stock, you will need to do so from the Deliver Orders screen.
      • See the Deliver Orders page for more information.
         
    • Click the Close button to discard any un-committed allocations and close this screen.
       
Filter Section:
  • Enter a Sales Order No correctly if you know it or press F11 to search using the Navigation Panel.
     
  • Enter a Customer Account Code correctly if you know it or press F11 to search using the Navigation Panel.
     
  • Enter a Product Code correctly if you know it or press F11 to search using the Navigation Panel.
      
  • Enter a date in the correct format (dd/mm/yyyy) or click the button with the inverted triangle to choose a date using the Date Picker tool.
    • Only Orders up to the the Release Date To field will be shown in the results list.
       
  • The results list (see below) will update automatically when any of the filter field values are changed.

Results List Section:
  • Click the View button against an Order line to see the Sales Order in more detail.
     
  • You will need to click into the Bond Type field of any Order you want to allocated and click the button with the inverted triangle and select the correct Bond Type for the Order from the list.
      
  • If you have Orders that you with to Invoice but not submit to the Warehouse, make sure the Inv Only field is checked.
    • If you want to make sure the Order can be submitted to the Warehouse, make sure the Inv Only field is not checked.
       
  • Check the Generate Delivery Notes field (below the results list) if you want to Generate Delivery Notes when the Allocated Orders are Committed.
     
  • Check the Generate Invoices field (below the results list) if you want to Generate Invoices when the Allocated Orders are Committed.
     
  • To Allocate some but not all Orders, highlight them but clicking in them (use CTRL click to highlight multiple lines)
     
  • Click the Allocate All button to attempt allocate all the lines in the results list.
     
  • Order Lines Colours:
    • Orders that have fully Allocated will show Green.
    • Orders that have partially Allocated will show Yellow.
    • Orders that have not Allocated will remain White.
       
  • Once you have finished Allocating Orders click the Commit button to complete the Process.

  • Click the button with the inverted triangle and select from the list in the Use Carrier field.
    • Click the Update button to add the chosen Carrier to any highlighted Orders.
