You would need to click on the Booking reference, Once you have click on the Booking this will show the details of the Pre-Advices that are included in the Booking

You will be able to check the Pre-advice, Depart the Vehicle, and Complete the Booking.

In this screen, you can find the booking entries marked as arrived using the Unbooked Advices option or Awaiting Arrival option. Bookings will show here until the vehicle is marked as departed.
A list of bookings with details of transporter, quantity and arrived time will appear on this screen.
If the list is too long and you need to find a specific line, you can use the filter function given in the column headers. Also, you can select the vehicle that arrived today by ticking the checkbox.
Press any booking line to view the pre advices brought by the transporter.
You can see the arrived time, a button to mark the departure, and a check button.
When you press the check button, you will be directed to the Pre advice Check Summary screen.
