Many search fields are available in the Find an Advice screen to help you find where in the Goods In Inwards process your pre-advice is.
If you know only the Rotation Number but you want to view other details for the stock on the corresponding pre-advice you will need to enter the Rotation Number in the Putaway section which will then show a list of all matching pre advices.
Fill in the field of your choice and press the search button beside to fetch the pre advices.
There are two types of search fields available:
Incoming
Fill in any of the fields and press the search button to find the preadvice.

2. Putaway
Find the preadvice by searching with the rotation number of the stock and find at which stage of the process this stock is and carry on the process from there. For example, if you scan the rotation number and retrieve the preadvice you would be able to know if the stock is checked or not as well as available for putaway or not.
