Many search fields are available in the Find an Advice screen to help you find where in the Goods Inwards process your pre-advice is.
There are two types of search fields available:
Incoming
If you fill in any of the fields in the incoming section and press the search button
to find the preadvice, you will get the preadvices that are not yet checked. For example, these will be the preadvices that are in the unbooked or booked status.

2. Putaway
Find the preadvice that has completed the checking process and is ready for putaway by searching with the rotation number
of the stock and find at which stageof
the process this stock is and carry on the process from there. For example, if you scan the rotation number and retrievethe
preadvice you would be able to know if thestock
is checked or not as well as available for putaway or not.
