Whilst Stocktake reports are within the reporting section of the site there is additional functionality in here to provide the ability to print a stock take out potentially containing information after you have carried out the stocktakewithin the same option to provide you a printed stock take after you have counted and entered on FLEX.
The option in the reports menu has the ability to generate a stock take, which is emailled to the user. The format of this is excel and there are no facilities in the WMS to be able to take this information back into the WMS to record it, this has to be carried out manually
HOWEVER, if you use Flex then your stock take is generated, you complete this using the handheld and the results are stored in the WMS and afterwards you can report on the entire stock take or just the variances.
