 Sessions

These sessions are held roughly once every two months and replace the annual user group meetingdesigned to provide users with an overview of the system and the new features or recent changes which have been added, and can also cover key areas of the system and a basic "how do you do...." session.

There is no fixed date or time for these but they are generally notified three months in advance and are held roughly once or twice a year, the idea is to run some training on new features or features of the system which we identified that customers ask many questions about, and then its an open forum for the last half hour or so for questions and any ongoing suggestions.

If you wish to send additional delegates then there is a charge of £90 per additional delegate per session.
