The following is a method to correct issues where the Rotation Numbers have been swapped on Products:
As the overnight files process will always allocate the Rotation Number from your Warehouse into the correct Product in Vision Commerce, this issue only occurs where a Purchase Order has been receipted (landed) in Vision Commerce manually.
Once the Products have been landed with their Rotation Numbers swapped you will not be able to swap them directly.
Vision Commerce will not allow you to move stock on to a Rotation Number that already exists in the system. Â
To fix this issue first have your Warehouse re-land the Products under new Rotations.
Use  Rotation MaintenanceScreen (found on the Maintenance Menu) to move the Stock on the Products from the incorrect Rotations on to the new Rotations provided by your Warehouse.
