This tab will show all the Certificates that have not been issued
If a Customer is set up in Customer Maintenance as requiring a Certificate, then any Stock that has not had a Certificate Issued will show in this screen.
You can search by specific criteria or just click on Search which will show All the Outstanding Records that require Certificates.
If you wish to search by Date, then tick the Enable Date Received Search.
The user needs to have the access rights to be able to issue certificates. Please see the user maintenance screen.
You will need to enter the password before clicking on Issue Certificate or Issue & Export button
The Certificates Not Issued List - all fields are read-only
Certificates - Issued
This tab will show all the stock where the Certificates have been Issued if required
The User needs to have access rights for the Certificates.
You must enter a Customer Code, and you can enter other search criteria. Once you have some records brought back you will see the following information.
To reprint the certificate, you will need to select the Certificate that you wish to reprint and click on Reprint Certificate
To export the certificate, you will need to select the Certificate that you wish to export and click on Export.

What are certificates
This is an optional module where the system can raise certificates of storage for items held in the warehouse, predominantly used for private customers who store fine wines within the warehouse, and give the customer confirmation of when the stocks arrived.

How do you use this?
When the form opens you will have the option of 2 tabs.
Certificates - Not Issued
Certificates - Issued
The forms only shows customers who have the certificate function switched on, to enable this you need to edit the Customer Analysis setting for ‘Uses Certificates’ within the Customer maintenance form.

This will list all stock that has left the warehouse where a certificate can be requested.

Standard filtering and searching options are available on the tab on the right side. To filter use the fields at the top and press the search button. |
In order to issue the certificate the user needs to have access rights for this module, they will be required to enter their username and password before the Issue buttons can be pressed.

Issue Certificate | This will only issue the certificate and associate it with the order. |
Issue and Export | This will issue and export the certificate as a PDF file and attached to an email or printed. |

Once certificates have been issued you can search for the stock item in this tab.
