Proforma Report Heading | When raising a pro-forma invoice it will state “Pro-Forma” however some of your customers may not understand what this is for and do not pay it, so to avoid this you can alter the term “Pro-Forma” to something else on this type of output. e.g. “Advanced Invoice” “Pre-Invoice” “Invoice” |
Font | You can use your own font, just remember some layouts do not support this, and if you use local characters e.g. Chinese then your font choice will be limited. |
Colour | There are some colour sections on the page, use this to customise those colours to your company colours. |
Box below Colour | Currently missing a title, this box allows you to place a message at the base of the document, and is used for christmas opening hours or holidays and will be placed on all documents produced whilst this is filled. |
Email Message | What the text on the message will say, this is just plain text. |
The email address you are going to send this email from |
