This screen will pull up the put-away location screen but the Rotation will need to be entered manually, which will then pull through the remaining details.
Enter the Quantity of Pallets (P), Cases (C), and Singles (S) to be put away in the fields to the left of the Put-Away button.

If the Stock requires a Condition Report, check the Condition Report field box prior to clicking the Put-Away button.

Multi Putaway allows you to go to any checked stock that you wish to put away and scan the rotation label or enter the rotation number to fetch the details. Then you can simply enter your putaway location and place the stock there.
When you press the Multi Putaway option in the Goods Inwards screen, you will be directed to the Putaway Location screen. Unlike outstanding putaway, initially, the fields here will be blank.Â
Scan or type in the rotation number and then the rest of the fields will be auto-filled except the location name.

If the stock requires a condition report, you will see the CR checkbox as ticked. Now the condition report request can be a Quick Report or Professional Report. Usually, the CR checkbox is ticked to signify that a professional report is required and that the stock should be located in a Condition Reporting booth. A Quick Report is also possible, simply press the camera button to take photos using your device’s built in camera while putting it away. At the bottom of the screen, you will see the quantity remaining for the selected rotation.
The quantity will be displayed as Pallets, Cases and Singles.

If the quantity displays only in Cases and Singles, and you wish to include Pallets, please go to your Flex User Profile and in the Picking tab options turn the toggle on for Pallet Quantities. |
Type in the quantity you wish to put away.
Then press the Putaway button to put the stock in the location you gave and the record will be saved successfully.
