This option will show all pre-advices which does not have a booking arranged. From this menu you can

Section the Pre-advises for Internal and External
Add the Vehicle Reg
Click that it has arrived at the warehouse
To go to Internal use the Green arrows at the top of the screen
If a vehicle arrives without a booking, this option can be used to select the Pre Advice(s) that it’s bringing stock for, and attaches them to their own booking in the warehouse system, allowing you to handle the stock being delivered throughout the rest of the Flex Goods In screens.
In the Unbooked Advices screen
In the Goods Inwards screen, press the Unbooked Advices button to enter the Unbooked Advices screen, where it shows the list of pre advices that hasn’t been booked yet.
If you see a long list of pre advices you can filter the entries by simply typing what you are looking for in any of the booking, transporter, and expected header columns.
You can select one or more pre advices that arrive in the vehicle and enter the vehicle registration number in the field next to Arrived button at the bottom.
Press Arrived button to mark the arrival of the vehicle. You can find this pre advices in the Vehicle on Site option or in the Checking option.
To see a list of Unbooked Internal Advices, you can press the ‘Rightwards arrow over leftwards arrow symbol’ which is in green colour on the top right side of the screen.
