This option will show all pre - advices which have has a booking arranged. From this menu you can

  • See bookings waiting to arrive on site

  • Mark the booking as ARRIVED

  • Mark the booking as DEPARTED

  • View the pre-advices on the booking

  • View the Items on the pre-advice

  • Begin the Checking procedure for the pre-advice

    When transporters inform the warehouse about delivering the stock to the warehouse, the staffs of the warehouse make the bookings on their behalf.


    The list of bookings is displayed in the Awaiting Arrival screen with the:

    1. Booking reference number

    2. The Date and Time period when the warehouse can expect the arrival of the transport vehicle with stock

    3. The details of the Transporter such as name and registration number

    4. The number of Advice and Quantity carried out in the arriving vehicle

    We do not show bookings too far into the future to try to keep this list as short and useful as possible.

    By selecting one of the bookings you are then able to make the booking as arrived.

    Each column can be filtered, just click the filter icon to the right of the field name to use filtering.

    Once you have click on the Booking this will show the details of the Pre-Advices that are included in the Booking

    Tip

    You must click on the booking arrival for the option to begin the CHECK process. At the same time the depart option will become available.

    You can filter the entries by simply typing what you are looking for in the booking and transporter header columns.

    Also, you can tick the checkbox 'TODAY' in the third column header if you wish to see the vehicle that arrives on the current day.

    Press on a booking, to view a drop-down list of Pre advices that are arriving in this particular vehicle.

    Each entry has the details such as:

    1. Customer Purchase Order Number

    2. Customer Code

    3. Warehouse Name

    4. Slot number

    5. Quantity of stock

    6. Delivery type

    On the left side of it, you will see an Information icon. Press it to see which site and warehouse the stock will arrive in.

    Press the DETAIL button to view the Preadvice screen.

    If the vehicle has arrived at the warehouse, mark it by pressing the ARRIVED button.

    The gatehouse sometimes performs this action.

    The booking entry will now disappear from the AWAITING ARRIVAL screen.

    Once you mark a booking as ARRIVED you can then access the booking through the “Vehicle on Site” option or “Checking” option.
