The Deliver Despatch Orders screen enables you to manually mark Sales Orders as delivered despatched so that you can invoice them.
When your warehouse is sending you "Orders Processed" XML information the Deliver Despatch Orders screen will automatically be updated from this file, if there are issues with automatically confirming the delivery despatch of the stocks then you will use this form to make the updates manually, please review the Warehouse Documents section.
Within the “Received from Warehouse” information, there is an option to ‘Check Status’. This would be used if you have not received any confirmations back from the warehouse.
