We only normally schedule regular releases for the main products, such as Vision Warehousing and Commerce. You can monitor this page to see if something new has been released.
How do you get the new release ?
Not every customer takes every version that is released, sometimes its just a simple bug fix that is not effecting you and other times there are new features. So you have to request the new release if you wish it, you can do this through Customer services, just send a ticket in and we will follow this up.
How do we inform you of a new release ?
Bug or Issue
Following completion of final testing we will add a note to the ticket which will send you an email.
RFC Requests
When the release notes are added to the system, your ticket will be updated with a note which will send you an email.
If you have nothing logged we will contact you through the customer services team around 30 days after release to let you know something new is available

is the major release version number and usually constitutes a release with a major amount of changes in it or a substantial new feature | |
yyy |
is a minor release where there is some improved functionality or some minor "new features" | |
zzz |
is a bug release and can occasionally have some small items of improved functionality. These are released when ready / as and when required and are not normally announced above. |

Android Versions Supported
For core features of all Vision Android applications, support will be maintained for Android versions released within the previous 5 years, where they are still actively maintained - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_version_history.
As of 01/11/2024 this means version 12 of Android or later.
