This screen can be used to control the availability of the Reports and Enquiry's to specific User Groups.

The Vision Business Intelligence User Maintenance can be launched from the User Admin maintenance screen of the application it's embedded in.
- E.g. within Vision Warehousing this can be launched by opening the Admin Menu\Configuration\Users and click the BI User Manager button at the bottom of the screen.

Buttons on the bottom of the screen:

Click the Save button to record any changes you have made.
Click the Close button to discard any changes you have made since the Save button was last clicked and close the screen.

Enquiry / Report Access Section:

Click the user group you wish to control within the 'Enquiry / Report Access' list. The 'Enquiry View Permissions' and 'Report View Permissions' will now display ticks for any enquiries / reports that the selected user group has access to.
- The Report / Enquiry must be ticked to view it within the BI Reports screen / BI Enquires screen. You can use the 'Type to filter' text box's with to search for specific reports / enquires.

User Groups Section:

The User Groups shown here match those setup in the Users (User / Group Maintenance) Screen.
- Click on one to see which Enquiry's and Reports are selected to use.

Enquiry View Permissions Section:

Use the 'Type to filter' to help you easily find the enquiry you're looking for.
- Here you can tick an enquiry to grant the selected user group access to it, or un-check to revoke access.

Report View Permissions Section:

Use the 'Type to filter' to reduce the number of reports show and help you find the report you're looking for.
- Here you can check a report to grant the selected user group access to it, or un-check it to revoke access.
