This page will explain the Payment Required Sales Order/Invoice template.

When entering a new order, if you

The Order will be put on hold for Payment Required. This can be released before payment through the Orders on Hold screen.

The customer will receive an email stating that the order requires payment and attached will be the proforma.

Your customer would need to scan or click the QR code for it to open the payment screen, to enter the credit/debit card details.

Once they have done this, in the Sale Order or Invoicing screen, you are able to retrieve the payment details The details will be shown in the Sales Order - Payment Tab.

Payment method which requires immediate payment by the customer the system can generate a payment request to the customer.

You can define the payment methods using the Administration menu - see Payment Method

Upon saving the order the system will place the order on hold for “Payment Required” and the customer will receive an email asking them to make payment for the order.

Attached to this email will be a pro-forma invoice for the order.

We are also able to insert payment QR codes into the invoices, allowing your customer to scan them on a mobile device which takes them straight to the online credit card payment page for your credit card provider.

When a payment is made using the credit card method, you can retrieve the payment details in the PAYMENTS tab of the sales order. Which then marks the order as Invoiced and Paid.
