Sales - Outstanding - SO Lines By Customer (5 1 2)

The Report is used to show any Lines on Sales Orders that are showing as Outstanding, this Report is shown in Customer Order.

Account	This field will display the Account Code for this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Account Name	This field will display the Account Name for this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Sales Order Number	This field will display the Sales Order Number that contains the Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Customer Reference	This field will display the Customer Reference for the Outstanding Order Line, if one has been used on the Order.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Sales Order Date	This field will display the Sales Order Date for the Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Required Date	This field will display the Required Date for the Outstanding Order Line, if one has been entered.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Is On Hold	If this box is filled in then this will indicate that this Outstanding Order Line Is On Hold.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Product Code	This field will display the Product Code on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Product Description	This field will display the Product Description of the Product Code on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Singles Per Unit	This field will display the Singles Per Unit Value for this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Units Ordered	This field will display the Number of Units Ordered on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Singles Ordered	This field will display the Number of Singles Ordered on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Price Per Unit	This field will display the Price Per Unit Value for a complete Unit of the Product on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Price Per Single	This field will display the Price Per Unit Value for a Single of the Product on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Total Singles	This field will display the Entire Order Quantity in Singles Value, for the Products on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Gross Value	This field will display the Gross Value for the Product on this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Trade Discount	This field will display the Trade Discount Percentage (%) for this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Discount Value	This field will display the Value of the Trade Discount Percentage (%) in the previous column for this Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Net Value	This field will display the Net Value of the Outstanding Order Line, this is calculated by taking the Gross Value subtracting the Discount Value (if present).	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Currency Sign	This field will display the Sign for the Currency that is used on the Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
Currency Name	This field will display the Name for the Currency that is used on the Outstanding Order Line.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.
GBP Value	This field will display the Value for the Outstanding Order Line converted over to a GBP Value.	This field Cannot be Changed from here.

Once the results of the Report are retrieved you can filter on 1 or multiple fields to only show some records as per any search criteria you enter.

Once you have the records on screen that you wish to see, you can if required extract the information in an XML , CSV or PDF format by clicking on the buttons at the bottom of the screen which will email the results.
