This option will show all pre-advices which have a booking arranged.
We do not show bookings too far into the future to try to keep this list as short and useful as possible.
By selecting one of the bookings, you are then able to mark the booking as ARRIVED.
Each column can be filtered, just click the filter icon to the right of the field name to use filtering.
Once you have click on the Booking this will show the details of the Pre-Advices that are included in the Booking
You must click on the booking arrival for the option to begin the CHECK process. At the same time the depart option will become available.
Once you mark a booking as ARRIVED you can then access the booking through the “Vehicle on Site” option.
The detail button will show the lines on the selected pre-advice
