The Warehouse Diagram screen gives an overview of locations within the warehouse.

Accessible from the Enquiries\Layout menu option this screen gives an aerial view the warehouse(s).

  • Each location is visually represented by a labeled square, colour coded (see screenshot below) according to content or movements.

Use of these diagrams gives visibility of where stock is best placed according to ease of access and frequency, promoting warehouse efficiency.

The white box in the bottom left of the Warehouse Diagram shows the maximum area for the diagram.

  • The red box inside the white one shows the area currently being displayed in the Warehouse Diagram.

  • Click the left mouse button anywhere in the white box to centre the red box and update the zoomed-in view.

  • Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the red box anywhere in the white box to update the zoomed-in view.

Select a specific location by single-clicking on it.

  • Any selected locations will be surrounded by a dotted line box with small squares at the corners.

Select multiple locations by clicking on additional locations whilst holding the CTRL key down.

  • Un-select individual locations by clicking again whilst holding the CTRL key down.

  • As you select or un-select additional locations the dotted line box and squares at the corners will adjust to fit so you can see the locations you have selected.

  • The selection will encompass all locations with the corner squares (it is not possible to select unconnected locations).

To set up your Warehouse Diagrams see the Layout - Warehouse Diagram Admin screen.
