These are used to record a failed delivery, where the entire order is being returned to the warehouse for either redelivery or where it may be landed back into the main stock system and order cancelled.

When using Navigation to search for a Reason Code, this is under the Delivery Failure Code. 

  • To use this reason code on the EPOD device you must tick the ePOD available checkbox.

  • Check the ‘ReDelivery’ option if you wish the failed Delivery to create a New Delivery.

  • Check the ‘VW Return’ option if the Stock needs to be landed back into Vision Warehousing during processing.

  • Check the ‘Return’ option if you want the failed Delivery to create a Return during processing.
