Using this Resource

We are trying to show customers an outline of what is planned over coming releases, sometimes we need to change those developments. Customer comments are welcome prior to the start of each feature, once we start the objectives are defined and we will code to the specification, so if you want to know more about something then you need to speak to us before we start making changes.

Upcoming Changes

This section contains information on upcoming changes to the system where customer feedback may be sought.

Vision Warehousing WMS

 Rework Module

A new module to handle services offered by the warehouse (such as relabelling, repacking, mixed case building etc) and charging of those to the customer.

Vision Commerce

 Advanced Orders - Replacement of EP Ordering.

The Advanced Ordering will replace the existing En Primeur operation within Commerce, this will offer the following

  • Advanced Ordering of products (formerly EP ordering

    • Allocation of incoming stock to fulfil orders with customer notification

    • Advanced invoicing for product only

    • Invoicing for duty and vat, delivery charges and sundries at the point of allocating the stock to the advanced order

  • Broking Lists from Other Suppliers

    • Sell items to your customers and invoice in advance

    • Generate a purchase for the item you are selling to the customer

  • Quotations

    • Provide a quotation to your customer

    • Automated customer authorisation of the sales quotations to turn into a real order

    • Transfer a quotation to a sales order.

EMCS - Bond v5.7 will contain compatibility changes required for HMRC’s EMCS v4.0 go live planned for 23/02/2023 which all customers will be required to update to.
