Products have been landed, but the Rotation Numbers are swapped?

The following is a method to correct issues where the Rotation Numbers have been swapped on Products:

As the overnight files process will always allocate the Rotation Number from your Warehouse into the correct Product in Vision Commerce, this issue only occurs where a Purchase Order has been receipted (landed) in Vision Commerce manually.

  • Once the Products have been landed with their Rotation Numbers swapped you will not be able to swap them directly.

    • Vision Commerce will not allow you to move stock on to a Rotation Number that already exists in the system.
       

  • To fix this issue first have your Re-Warehouse (re-land) the Products under new Rotations.

    • Use   (found on the Maintenance Menu) to move the Stock on the Products from the incorrect Rotations on to the new Rotations provided by your Warehouse.
