Pending Jobs

This will show a list of the jobs that pending, for example, when you use ‘Print Label Later’, this will show and you will be able to action the job.

Goods Inwards

All aspects of goods inwards, check the vehicle in and the load, then put away in the warehouse.

Goods Inwards will allow you to check incoming pre-advices and stock which is currently awaiting receipting (landing).

You will also be able to search for pre-advices and put away manufacturing orders.

Stock Management

This allows you to perform Stock losses and stock checks.

Using Stock Management to confirm quantities in the current locations and also report losses in store.

Use the Stock Take function if you require a Stock Take (Stock Audit).

Live Enquiry

This allows you to view information on rotations such as the Date Received and the Stock Level for that rotation.

• Most items here will require a network connection.

Location Move

This allows you to move stock around the warehouse

Gives you the ability to do multiple picks and drop to other Locations.

Stock Condition

Stock Condition will allow you to search for outstanding Condition Reports, add new Condition Reports and take photos of the Stock.

A mobile method of adding condition reports to the system and avoids unnecessarily removing the product from its location.

Warehouse Picking

Warehouse Picking will allow you to pick stock for orders awaiting Pick or Pick Confirmation.

Pick the items in the warehouse, whether single picks or bulk picks. This is designed for novice to advanced users.

Re-Pick from Bulk Pick

This screen allows you to check the stock being passed to the transporter and matches the pick Confirmation details.

If you are using a Bulk Pick, this allows you to repick the bulk items into single orders.

Collections

For Collection orders which enables the collector to sign for orders.

Have collection drivers sign for the goods, they pick up directly on the device, it stores signature, name, date, and time of collection.
