Buttons at the bottom of the BI Enquiries screens

Click on of the 3 file extract buttons to export the currently list of data to a file of that type:

• Click the   .XLSX button

  Open

  

   for a standard Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet file.

• Click the .CSV button 

  Open

  

  for a Comma Separated Values file.

• Click the .PDF button 

   for an Adobe Acrobat file format.

• Click the refresh button

  to re-run the report.
   

Click the Close button (top right of the Enquiries window) to close the Report
