This section covers administration aspects of the system

This screen will allow you to create users and groups to use this application.

User Maintenance
- This tab will allow you to create a new user to able to log into the application.
- If you wish to make any changes to a user's details, select Edit next to the relevant username. Remember to Save once you have made your changes.
Group Maintenance
- This tab will show a list of the access rights and the Group names
- Users need to be assigned to a User Group.
- This User Group controls which parts of the system the user has access to.
- Every user assigned to that Group will have the same access rights.
- Edit Group Rights section
  - This section shows all the possible areas that Rights can be turned on or off for the whole of Vision Commerce
  - If an area of the system does not have any rights associated with it here then all users will have access to that area.

It is not always immediately obvious which areas of the system a User might need for their role within your organisation.

If one user can see a menu option, screen, or a button that another user either cannot see or sees but is greyed out then check the User Groups are set correctly.

This screen allows the users to be able to edit/view all the Commodity Codes that are set up in the system

Only User that has the rights access you would be able to open this screen

This screen allows the users to be able to create/edit/view all the Commodity Codes Quota Preference that is set up in the system

Only User that has the rights access you would be able to open this screen

This screen will allow you to regenerate SAD using the Stock Pick ID

This screen allows the user to edit/view the details for the Surcharge Invoice
