There are two menu shortcuts on the main page and when you select these options they will take you to

Duty Deferment Adjustments

If you are operating a cash deferment scheme for your customers whereby they pay the warehouse and you wish to change those W5’s into W5D’s against the warehouse deferment then you would use this option

Forms W8/AAD/SAD

This is an old option and is now only used for SAD forms, to confirm you had the signed copy returned.
