Introduction

This API used to POST data to the account holder relating to Sales Orders (SO's) which have been picked from their account at the warehouse, it includes our known Sales Order number along with unique identifier for the SO line number. It’s therefore important that the warehouse system retrieves these SOs using the https://visionsoftware.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/VC/pages/1243873289 API beforehand and picks based on the information provided, before posting the information to this Orders Picking Confirmation service.

Data posted to this service tells the system which rotation numbers have been used to fulfill the SO (and the quantity from each), so Vision Commerce can keep stock levels in sync with the warehouse. This posted data moves the orders to the ‘delivered’ stage allowing users to then raise invoices for the orders.
