This shows details of the individual rotations or batches of stock you have in each warehouse.

All fields are read-only.

You would need to click on the Warehouse to show the stock records

Notes column shows

• Internal Rotation Notes - that is entered in manually on the Purchase Orders

• Warehouse Rotations Notes - they are supplied by the Warehouse using the Goods Received File

The ‘Cost Per Unit’ and ‘Res Value’ information can be hidden from the user by deselecting the Stock Cost Visibility option within the Users Group set-up.
