Other Info Tab

This store surcharges and notes as well as information on who processed the order.

If your customer has paid by credit card you can also select the option here, which then shows as “Paid with Thanks” on the invoice that is sent to the customer.

General order information is stored on this tab for the sales order, including order notes and status information.

Surcharges

Surcharges can be added if these have been created within your system. Simply enter the code to populate the description and price and set the quantity.

Use the F11 search to display all the possible charges.
