What is the Livex Integration service ?

This provides a link to the Livex product data systems

What does the Livex product data systems provide ?

They provide you with two levels of information

  • Product code lookup and retrival, to provide you with a dedicated product code with additional wine information such as the grower, classification, variety etc.
  • Pricing, Bids, Historical data on sales of the product.

Basic Information - Standard License:


  • Product Information:


     
  • You can obtain the Livex Product Code and Description direct from the Livex Web API.
    • This can then be used within Vision Commerce as the Description and if you wish also the Product Code (although you could also keep your own codes).
       
       

Enhanced Information  :


  • The Enhanced LIVEX integration is available from the Customer Reserves Tab on the Customer Maintenance screen:
     
     

     
  • From here you can manage the values and bids of your customers Paid and Unpaid Reserves.
     
     
  • You can choose to Update Market Value for a single product using the blue Update Market Value button or Update Market Values for all products using the Update Market Values button in the bottom right,


  • Once you have done this you will receive the following message and the values will be updated:
     


 

  • You can chose to Update Bid for a single product using the blue Update Bid button or the Update Bids for all products using the Update Bids button in the bottom right,
     
     
  • Once you have done this you will receive  a message either saying that the bids are Updated, or as follows if there are no bids:
     
     


 

Additionally you can produce reports for your customers on their reserve stock.


  • The Reserve Stock Report report lists the customers reserve stock by warehouse as follows:
     
     
     
     
     
  • The Reserve Stock Values Report lists the reserve stock values for the customer by warehouse as follows:
     
     
     
     
     
  • These reports offer a level of customisation via the Report Manager options on the Admin Menu.

Setting up the Templates from the Report Manager:


  • First you can specify which templates to use for the reports here:

    
  
 

  • Additionally you can control the colours used and the options shown on Print or Email versions of the report here:
