Stock

This section in the Vision CIS dashboard will allow you to view all the currently available stock in the warehouse and request or cancel the condition report for it. When clicking the Stock option, you will be directed to a screen where a list of stock is visible and in the header area you have the fields to filter and search the stock.

Stock

In the filter section, you can fill in the fields and click search if you have a specific stock in mind. You can enter the Product code, Rotation number, Date Received, and Reserve Customer Name. Also, you can choose the Condition Report status. You don’t need to fill every field. While you type in the Product Code or Rotation Number, the matching results will be visible as a dropdown list. You can select your item and click search. This line will be now visible in the Search Results section.

Request / Cancel Condition Report

For the available stock, you can request a condition report by clicking on the icon for it on the left side. Each stock line has its own ‘Request Condition Report icon’.

For the condition report requested stocks, you will see icons to cancel the condition report request. If you click the ‘Cancel Condition Report Request’ icon the request will be immediately cancelled.

If you clicked the Condition Report Request icon a window will pop up with fields to fill in. The rotation number will be pre-filled.

Then select the type of condition report required. It can be Quick Report, Condition Report(Pro), and 3D Report Pro.

Now select the number of cases required for the report of each rotation.

Then in the Notes field add any instructions you would like to send to the warehouse.

You will see the estimated charge for the selected condition report process.

Click the ‘Submit’ button if you wish to proceed. If you wish to ‘Cancel’, Please click the button for it.
