Charge Band

To add a new charge band use the Maintenance menu, then the Charges section, and press the Charge Band button. To edit an existing one use the 'Charge Bands' within the Planning admin section within the Navigation menu.

Once a Charge Band has been set up, it can be used as a Charge Band, Case Band, or Pallet Band within Vision Distribution.

You will only be able to see this option if your User is set up as ‘Show Income’ in User Maintenance.

This charge shows on the Delivery Screen, Charges tab.

Vision Distribution does minimal validation on the Charge Bands you set up to allow the maximum flexibility required to set them up to suit your organisations' needs. Therefore it is entirely your responsibility to make sure that they are set up correctly (the From and To should not have any gaps and do not overlap the Charges).
