For delivery purposes this is an end to end flow chart documenting the processes when an order is received upto the point of delivery

The next section only really comes into use when you are operating multiple depots, once the pick is confirmed the depot transfer process takes place, if you do not have multiple depots then transfer is not needed then manifest planning is dependant on the flag relating to picking.

At this point manifesting is carried out using the INTERNAL (warehouse managed delivery) and EXTERNAL (parcel carriers and couriers). The document below is very generic and is tuned more for using the INTERNAL methods.
