The screens available from this menu assist with the processing of Deliveries and the Management of External Carriers.

Awaiting Delivery

This section will show all the Consignments that are Awaiting for Delivery

Open

This will store all deliveries which are marked as despatched and are waiting confirmation of delivery.

The confirmation can happen in two ways.

1. The carrier is able to provide electronic confirmation of delivery through the API.

2. You manually confirm delivery of the items using the Manual Confirm Delivery process option.

Process Control Options

Select All - this will select all the consignments in this screen.

Reset Selection - this will reset and deselect the consignment that you have already selected.

Collection Date and Time - This will allow you to select the collection date and time (it defaults to the current date and time when opening the screen).

Reprint Manifest - This allows you to reprint the Manifest.

Manual Confirm Delivered - This allows you to confirm that the delivery(s) has been delivered.

Delivered

This section will show all the Consignments that have been marked as delivered.

To get items into this section you need to either.

• Have a connected API carrier who can confirm the delivery electronically.

• Manually confirm the items as delivered within the “Awaiting Delivery” tab.

This only provides a list of all the consignments with their service levels and tracking references.
