Transfers

This option is used when you are moving goods from one depot to another depot who will then perform the delivery to the delivery point.

You set up which depot delivers the goods to the end delivery point using the Delivery Area setup.

The system then knows what goods need to move between the delivery depots.

There are then two options, you can either manually plan what is being transferred between the depots using the Manual option or you can Automate this by using the automatic transfer. But remember automatic transfer sends everything to the next depot.

When you plan a transfer, you can produce a manifest, which will produce a transfer list to the sending Warehouse and it will produce a transfer list at the receiving Depot.
