Navigation - Incoming Permissions
This form allows you to view the customers incoming permissions, it also allows you to edit the customers email address where notifications are sent to.
You can search for a specific customer or display a list of all customers, to view the settings you then double click on the line you wish to view.
The form displays a list of permissiosn which are assigned to the customer during the testing of EDI phase, which you can see but you are unable to edit.
You can edit the following (if you have permission to do so) :
email address
The email address is used to notify customers of any issues with the validation of their incoming orders.
You do not need the next option to be “ON” for the notifications of issues.
“send file receipt email” option.
This sends an email on each submission of orders confirming the orders are received
You should not set this switched to ON for API customers as this option can become annoying, it is used for customers sending batch orders via email where reliability on email is requiring to be checked.
