Order UB Transport

This tab is used to record the Underbond Transport information.

To speed up this process use a saved haulier, make sure it has the OUTBOUND selected and you can see that haulier in the transport code lookup here, it also will complete the majority of the fields on this page automatically from the transport setup.

This leave you with some choice fields and the guarantee fields.

Many of these fields are mandatory for an Underbond Order and will need to be completed before you can process the Order. The initial field ‘Transport Code’ is a selection field, where you can click the ‘F11’ key and select the transport from the list provided in the result grid below the screen.

The transport details are pre-recorded data. you can add a new transport or edit the existing one using the ‘Transport Maintenance’ option.

The ‘Local Details’ section contains the fields to enter Journey Time(Days/ Hours), Place of Loading, and Country. Here the ‘Place of Loading’ field is locked and read-only.

The Driver Reg No is needed for Stock Movement Type - Export. This is set in the Order Header tab.
