Customer Group Admin

This feature allows you to provide a user with restricted access to specific customers accounts.

This is an additional module for Vision Warehousing.

To setup a new group, press the Add New option. If you use the edit function you will see the same form.

Give the group a good name and then add the customer codes into the list, these are the stock holding warehouse accounts which users in this customer group will be restricted to

Users can only access the accounts to which they have access in the group

If the user has a customer group against their user - this shows when they log into the application.

Edit the user logon to select a customer group the user is restricted to.
