Email Bookings

This feature allows you to email the hauliers to remind them of their upcoming bookings. You can search, and either select individual lines or all and then press the “Send email to transporter” option which will generate and send the emails to the hauliers.

You can only select the current or future date of bookings to send an email to Transporter.

Once you select the line and click the button “Send email to transporter” the line will be removed from the list. An email will be sent to the transporter’s email ID with booking details.

Email Received by Transporter

If you wish to see the booking lines that you’ve already sent an email to and would like to send a reminder again, you can tick the checkbox “Show booking notifications already sent?” and click the Search button. This will display the booking lines for which the transporter already received a notification and the bookings for which the transporters haven’t received a notification.

Check in the Transport Maintenance if you have set up the email addresses against the Transport Contacts correctly.
