After Vision Warehousing has been installed on your computer, the following application icons will be visible on your desktop screen.

Click on the required application icon to open the login screen.

System Locked

Application is locked message or System is locked message, will only usually see this error message in two circumstances:

The period end has had an issue generating the stock snapshot and you will need to log a support call
You continually ignore support requests to log off and stay off during an upgrade

We only lock the system to safeguard data, it is important for this lock to be in place and you may find that on the 1st day of the month it could be locked due to point 1 above, if this is the case then log a support ticket stating “VW locked from period end”. Log the ticket as soon as it is discovered do not wait for normal support time of 9am.

Normal Logon

Enter your User Name and Password.
Click on the drop-down field for the Environment and select the database required. This should default to the main live system.

	If the Message “User already logged in” appears, press the Reset button and select yes to confirm and then try again This message is most probably appears due to the application being closed incorrectly after the previous login If you are already logged on you will also see this message, if you reset your original session will be disconnected and you will receive error messages on the disconnected session thereafter
	Cancels what you are doing and closes the login screen.
	Opens the application if username and password provided are correct.
