Order Status

A report by customer showing the orders at the chosen order status

This report is used to show Orders by the Order Status

To populate this report, you need to select an Order Status

Load report is used to generate the report on the screen

You are able to export the report to a pdf format by using the Export Report

Picked

Report shown by customer with all the orders which are not yet pick confirmed.

This report can be slow if you have multiple orders outstanding.

This report is used to show the Order that has been picked but not yet Pick Confirmed

Despatch Details

This provides a despatched order summary report which shows by customer all the despatched and products despatched for the requested period.

Please try to restrict the date for this report, it can take a long time to generate if you ask for a large period of time.

This report is used to show the Order that has been despatched on the system

Load report is used to generate the report on the screen

On the left-hand side, will show the Pick UID that orders have been despatched

Clicking on the + icon will show the order UID ref for the order that has been despatched
You are able to click on the Order UID ref to show in the report the information

You are able to export the report to a pdf format by using the Export Report

Daily Counts

This is a crosstab report which generates information for each day you request, providing a total per pallets / cases / single for the movements for the specific day.

This report is used to show the Summary for the Outwards Stock using dates

Load report is used to generate the report on the screen

You are able to export the report, by clicking on the Export Report button

Diplomatic

A report helping you keep track of diplomatic usage, this will only provide diplomatic orders on the report.

This report is used to allow you to email the Diplomatic Report

This will send the file as a CSV file format to the user email address
