Booking Form
When you add or want to edit or simply view a booking you will be presented with the booking form.
Each booking is provided a unique reference, you can then add any existing purchase orders onto the booking or you can create a dynamic purchase order if you are not able to find one for the customer.
Simply drag the booking over, or select it and press the arrows and should it not exist you can click on the right window in the section which will allow you to add a virtual PO for a customer which you can receipt against.
It is important to maintain the open purchase orders otherwise you will end up with an unusable list.
Most of the fields above are self-explanatory however there are some new fields which have been added and these will be used more in later functionality
An external booking module is planned to allow your hauliers to request booking slots themselves and the basic functionality of auto allocation will also be added at the same time

Recurrence
You can set a booking up to be a recurring booking, this means it will repeat multiple times.
This is designed for hauliers who are given a repeat booking each day/week because they are always bringing the goods into you from various suppliers.
The above form should be self-explanatory (it is the same form that you would use in Outlook Calendar).
