Training

We offer a variety of training courses which can be generic for the product, such as new user training or very specific training on selective areas of the system.

Delivery of the training can take place by us coming to your site (onsite) or you coming to our training facility in ongar (Ongar) or alternatively using web training (web)

Vision  Sessions

These sessions are designed to provide users with an overview of the system and the new features or recent changes which have been added, and can also cover key areas of the system and a basic "how do you do...." session.

There is no fixed date or time for these but they are generally notified three months in advance and are held roughly once or twice a year, the idea is to run some training on new features or features of the system which we identified that customers ask many questions about, and then its an open forum for the last half hour or so for questions and any ongoing suggestions.

These sessions are free for you to send up to 2 delegates to, and are held in our Ongar training room, starting 10am and finishing around 1pm and will include a light lunch at the end before you travel home.  
The sessions have limited space availability and are allocated on a first come basis. 

If you wish to send additional delegates then there is a charge of £90 per additional delegate per session.
