This screen will allow you to search for a pre-advice by its UID, Customer Name, Customer Code, or PO Number.

Press the correct Search button, once you have entered you have entered a filter value.
If you only know the Rotation Number but you want to view other details for the Stock on the corresponding Pre-Advice you will need to enter the Rotation Number in the Putaway Section which will then show a list of all matching Pre-Advices.
