This will give you a list of all your Customers regardless of their status.
N.B. This Report ignores any Start and End Dates that have been set.
Results Section:
This report shows the Account, Account Name, Address lines 1-4, Post Code, Telephone and Fax numbers of your Customers.
Once the results of the report are shown on the screen you can filter on one or more columns by choosing a filter parameter (click the small filter icon ) and choose from the list and then enter the value you wish to filter into the Contains: field.
N.B. Do not forget to clear your filters to see all the results again.
Buttons at the bottom of the screen:
Once you have the records on screen that you wish to see, you can extract the information in an XML , CSV or PDF format by clicking on one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Click the button to refresh the report and make sure you are looking at the latest date.
