BI Enquiries (this screen is found on the Enquires main menu). |

- When you first open the screen (before you enter the menu structure to select a report) the screen will look like this (see below).

- Click on Enquiries (top left corner of the screen) and then step through the menu structure to find the report you wish to generate (see below).

- If a report is expecting a Start Date it will have an (S) in the title.
- Data will only be selected if it is after the Start Date.
- If a report is expecting an End Date it will have an (E) in the title.
- Data will only be selected if it is before the End Date.
- If a report has neither of these is will ignore the Set Dates.
- All data that confirms to the report specifications will be selected regardless of the dates that are currently set the Report Date screen (see below).
- N.B. You set the Start and End Dates (if required for a report) from Reports Menu\BI Set Report Dates screen (see below).

- Enter a Start Date in the correct format (dd/mm/yyyy) or click the button with the inverted triangle to select a date using the Calendar Picker Tool.
- Enter an End Date in the correct format (dd/mm/yyyy) or click the button with the inverted triangle to select a date using the Calendar Picker Tool.
- N.B. The dates are set for every user and every report. You should always check the dates are set correctly before generating a report.

Buttons at the bottom of the screen: |
- Click the Save button to record any changes you have made.
- Click the Close button to discard any changes you have made since the Save button was last clicked.
