If you use 3rd party companies to transport goods you may not know the vehicle registration until it arrives at your depot.
The system will not request an ARC until this information is filled in so the Order will appear in the Customs Info tab and will wait there until you have entered this information.
You should not pre-fill this field with invalid details (for example TBC) as the system will request and ARC with whatever is in this field and this may cause you issues if the vehicle is stopped by Customs on route. |
