  1. Start your device and open the Vision Flex application

2. On the login screen, open the settings screen by pressing the cog symbol 

  1. Take a note of the 'Device ID' shown

  2. In Vision Warehousing, open Admin > User Management > 'Flex Devices' 

    1. Give the device a name, perhaps an asset tag number visible on the device, or the name of the user (only if it's dedicated to a single user).

    2. Enter that 'Device ID' from above

    3. Tick the 'Active' box

    4. Tick 'Voice-Enabled' if users are allowed to use the Flex Voice features on this device (a headset with speaker and microphone are highly recommended)

    5. Click Save

  3. Your device is now ready to be used
